Orders via the website are accepted around the clock, regardless of the day of the week and can be processed outside of Berlin time if possible. Your order confirmation comes automatically to your e-mail box. Please check your spam folder, sometimes emails from us are hide there.

If your order has not been confirmed, you may have entered the wrong phone number or email; it is the weekend or there is a high volume of orders. Please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue promptly.
